I'm too tired to workout responsibility to spot you. The whys that explain your responsibility are many. The number of responsibilities multiply those whys. I've done these workouts more the 45 years. You can workout to a limit pushing max on the whys of responsibilities over time. Going for your max immediately would lead to injury. During a physical workout, max and injury can be very disappointing and delay you getting back to working out for days, months, ever. Getting hurt during a metal workout can do the same, ever equalling suicide.

Responsibility is unavoidable, unattainable, unhealthy from the whys.

Responsibility before the whys is reps and workouts I'll spot when I have the energy.
