Working out back can be easy to explain.

I've heard trainers make it even easier by training their clients to do what they are currently doing for back.

It is a lazy way to train for the trainer, not the trainee. Add to that it is best to make changes to a workout overtime.

My current back workout is four pull-ups, for chin-ups, two more with my left hand as a pull-up my right hand as a chip-up and then two reversing hands.

Only ten back reps sound lazy to train and do.

The hard part, hold each rep in the flex position doing ten straight leg-lifts each back rep.

or be lazy too and wait a until I make changes.
