Eliminating the whys can seem hard, partly it is in trying to understand, partly it is in the reliving. These are the implied and inferred whys you've built into you neurons. The hardest part of the setback can be your whys. Stop building on the neurons of one and the other will follow. Without the whys setbacks are no longer with you, where you, are currently.
