The thing about physical workouts, it's the same thing about these back and squat videos. Do them right, do them wrong, either way, don't do the same one day after day, don't even do one two days in a row. Your muscle fiber can't take it, you will continue to breakdown to the point of injury. Do them max with more time in between, two three days, a week, and you build back up. Last I read experts were still debating more fibers or broken repaired thicker fibers, either way muscle can build back.
