Max
Max
What's your max? It's never asked. Why is the maximum.
The answer for a mental workout cannot be different. It's not math, memory, money, science, social, problems perceived or persitants, history or hindsight. It's why.
The question why has weighed down every word. Each word, every time, has neurons chemically electrically moving the why. The number of neurons depending on the size of the thought under the word or the number of words used together to express the thought out loud or silently behind your eyes. Every word used has a why or whys to use it, and all those whys are added to the weight of your thought. The high energy used is measurable.
Whys you use for most word seem mindless, you can do in your sleep, in your dream. It seems lighter than air with no resistance, but you're still flexing your neurons. And most words you use it seems the why seems lighter than blinking your eye and forgotten as fast. We'll get to those whys in later blogs. Those whys add up every day so fast we go from blinks to hours of sleep.
The whys you say out loud to explain are more evident in their resistance. You begin to feel the resistance happening as it ebbs and flows, as it gets hard, easy, daultful, certain, faithful, fearful, laughable, lucky or reasonable to say.
...until you reach your max.
The why of life.
