What's your max? It's asked all the time. What is the maximum.

The answer for a physical workout can be different. Some lifters will say their heaviest bench. Other lifters start talking about one rep or three reps, competition or non, benching, deadlift or squat, or all three, ever or now. People who don't lift might answer they don't, lie, not answer, or not get the question at all.

The answer for a mental workout is the same for everyone.

Why
