Triceps

You can read this a lot of places, don't workout a muscle two days in a row.

You have to let the muscle recover or you'll keep breaking it down.

I would workout triceps again and again but that's me.

I remind myself during many of my workouts, it's not that I have to workout this same muscle the next day, far from it.

I remind myself as I read it, I'm not allowed. You have to start reminding yourself this once you read it...

Before forgetting,
