I've been lifting weights over forty five years. When I first started I loved reading about working out. It’s then, gyms were just becoming a thing. I worked as an instructor at one of the first gyms in New Jersey. The name of the gym was Adam and Eve, now it’s a card dealership and called something different. During the years it was pretty much only reading, talking, and working out., still you could already spend your time reading about all the different sets, angles, repetitions, resistance endlessly and never workout, let alone workout triceps.

The tricep workouts on youtube adding to the endlessness. These are two of my favorite guys and they both have multiple tricep workouts on youtube, each instructing us to do sets, reps with resistance that add up to hundreds of pounds. Multiply these two workouts below by their other tricep workout videos and all the other people offering training advice in person, print, and video production and you will never get through to the end before you even start actually working out triceps, physically. Mentally, you are already somewhere in middle of that seemingly endless count.
