You don't know how to move backwards, but you can move backwards. You move. When you lift you move. Thinking at any perspective about your lift, kinesiology, motivational, numbers, max while you're lifting is a backwards to your movement. It's using your words to lift, it is to movement as saying you moved is to movement. You are past the point of no return with thinking with your words, but you know how to go backwards to move without words. Your muscle work best by totally flexing and then going back to a resting state. A muscle in constant partial flex will exhaust and breakdown. Your words, your thoughts have to go totally flex to reach a resting state, to reach backwards.
